ملخص الدراسة:
نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة الأسباب المادية والمعنوية للحوادث المهنية داخل المؤسسة الصحية وانعكاساتها على الهيئة الطبية (الأطباء والممرضين)، بحيث تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة فيما يلي: هل تساهم الموارد المادية والمعنوية داخل المؤسسة الإستشفائية في وقوع الحوادث المهنية؟ وما هي الآثار المترتبة عنها؟ وللوصول إلى الهدف المنشود تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي والمنهج التفسيري، ولجمع المعطيات استخدمنا تقنية المقابلة مع طبية العمل ورؤساء المصالح وتقنية الاستمارة، بحيث شملت العينة التمثيلية لمجتمع البحث 92 عاملا بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية العمومية بغريس - معسكر. وفي الأخير، توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - تساهم بيئة العمل المادية داخل المؤسسة الصحية في وقوع الحوادث المهنية، والتي ترجع للمخاطر الطبيعية كطبيعة النشاط الطبي، والبناء غير صحي، وضعف الإضاءة، ارتفاع درجة الحرارة، وسوء التهوية، وسوء الأرضية، والمخاطر البشرية مثل السرعة في أداء العمل والتعب، وتنظيم ساعات العمل وفترات الراحة. - يؤدي تجاوز أخلاقيات المهنة الطبية داخل المستشفى في وقوع الحوادث المهنية كضعف الكفاءة المهنية التي يترتب عنها ارتكاب الأخطاء المهنية. - تعتبر الضغوط المهنية سببا في وقوع الحوادث المهنية داخل المؤسسة الصحية والتي ترجع إلى عبء العمل وصراع الدور، وغموضه، وانعدام استقلالية الأطباء في اتخاذ القرارات الطبية، وسوء العلاقات بين الرؤساء الهيئة الطبية والأجر المنخفض والذي يؤدي به إلى عدم الرضا الوظيفي. - تؤدي نتائج الحوادث المهنية داخل المؤسسة الصحية إلى إصابات متفاوتة الخطورة والتي تؤدي إلى عجز جزئي وعجز كلي وكسور وجروح والوخز بالوسائل الطبية كالإبر، وتحمل المؤسسة أعباء مالية من نفقات العلاج والتأمين، وتكاليف الصيانة وإصلاح الوسائل التالفة، وضياع الوقت وتراجع الأداء والتأخير في تقديم الرعاية الصحية مما يشوه سمعتها. Summary : We aim through this study to find out the material and moral causes of occupational accidents within the health institution and their repercussions on the medical staff (doctors and nurses), so that the problem of the study centered on the following : Do the material and moral resources within the hospital institution contribute to the occurrence of occupational accidents ? And what are the implications of it ? In order to reach the desired goal, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the explanatory approach, and to flash the data, we used the interview technique with work doctors and heads of departments and the form technique, so that the representative sample of the research community included 92 workers in the public hospital institution in Grace – Mascara. Finally, the study reached the following results : - The physical work environment within the health institution contributes to the occurrence of occupational accidents, which are due to natural hazards such as the nature of medical activity, unhealthy construction, poor lighting, high temperature, poor ventilation, poor flooring, and human risks such as speeding up work and fatigue, regulating working hours and rest periods. - Exceeding the ethics of the medical profession inside the hospital leads to the occurrence of occupational accidents, such as weak professional competence that results in the commission of professional errors. - Occupational pressures are a cause of occupational accidents within the health institution, which are due to the workload, role conflict, and ambiguity, the lack of independence of doctors in making medical decisions, poor relations between the heads of the medical staff and the low wages, which leads to job dissatisfaction. - The results of occupational accidents within the health institution lead to injuries of varying severity, which lead to partial and total disability, fractures, wounds and punctures by medical means such as needles. Which tarnishes its reputation. |
